One of the secrets to unwanted wait gain is sugary drinks AKA liquid sugar. Most soft drinks have over 30gs of sugar per serving. For some people this causes fluctuations of high blood sugar levels which may lead to weight gain. Excess sugar in the body get metabilized into fat and stored in the cells. I experienced gaining 10 pounds from drinking soft drinks and very little water. After some effort I managed to drink water and notice I lost 10 pounds. Thats when the light bulb came on.
